Further to my last post, I now understand that AWJ Glass Ltd are in talks to try and secure a takeover deal to enable them to continue trading. I really wish them well and hope that they manage to pull this off as they are an excellent company.
My understanding is such that: they are in this situation due to the supply of poor quality DGU for quite a period of time and as such have lost their client base to other competitors. Albeit it's never nice to see jobs lossed, if you can't produce quality products in todays market conditions you haven't got a chance at survival.
Anonymous, not sure about that, we have been using them for quite a while with no problems.
DGB, I'll post any further info that I hear about. I also understand that Mila Hardware are in administration leaving debts of around £21m but have now been taken over.

It would be nice to know who they owed all that money to. Who have they been taken over by?
